Need some guidance from PUA's.

There's this HB6, with a real nice rack. She and I are both in
college. She wants me to give chase but I haven't done so because I
wasn't interested till recently. Though I was never mean to her or
anything. In fact recently she told me, now that you've got my
number... at which point I broke in and said yeah if you're doing
anything let me know. Then on the same day she later said now that
you've got my number I'll let you know if I'm doing anything OR you
could txt me and let me know if you're doing something.

Now I'd like to get with this girl but I don't want her to get the
wrong idea, I'm not looking for a relationship or emotional support,
I've already got that with this other girl who's 1000's of miles away,
who's a real sweetheart and we've got a deep but open relationship.

Uh huh, you "wimpified" yourself by putting the onus on her to tell
you if she wants to do something or she's doing something. From what
I've read, and it seems to sound reasonable, you don't ask a woman
anything or give her first crack at the decision, you make the
decision and tell her, then let her tell you otherwise. Or if you ask
her a question you make the response a false choice.
