MEMORANDUM OPINION

This matter is before the court on Defendant Scott Donnely ("Donnely")'s

motion to dismiss Plaintiff Donald Rosen ("Rosen")'s complaint (the
"Complaint")

well that is a pity it failed I suppose?! still, good on him for
trying I guess

I just skimmed through the message, anybody have the cliff notes
version of it?

Was he another Pro Se trying to go after the famous RICO compliant?

Might be a lesson here for you Gordon? You should leave the law to real
lawyers and not wantabes.

Beware! VH-1's "The Pickup Artst" was FRAUDULENT. Six of the eight
contestants were actors, and they used PAID TARGETS in the club. The paid
targets got mad when VH-1 said "there are no actors in this club" and ruined
