Get ready to have your e-mails subpoenaed

Author: Ray Gordon, creator of the pivot

Phone records, money records, etc.

The little gangstalkers who've made this group a "bully pulpit" have
communicated among themselves many times which are provable.

Such communications can be discovered, as can financial records and a host
of other stuff, in order to prove conspiracy.

The defamation and harassment these folks engage in against me is NOT
protected speech under the constitution, therefore there is no right to
anonymity.

Not for you to decide, twerp.

People go around saying certain things that lead to lawsuits, discovery is
part of that, and courts allow very BROAD discovery, including that type.

Looks like the twerp is branching out from the fake-tough-guy act it uses to
compensate for being such a weak little pussy in the real world.

So much for the twerp saying "I'm in the book." Looks like its true,
cowardly colors are beginning to show.

It started with me. I'm just about to finish the conflict in court, where
it belongs.

No, jackass, the district court in Virginia decided that.

More evidence Gordon intends to go on a fishing expedition.

Good luck with that.

Different case, different facts.

It's not a fishing expedition when people openly say that which was said
about me, as often, or for as long.

the twerp will learn that soon enough.

Way ahead of it.

In the unlikely event you ever get anyone into a courtroom, I will
volunteer to come to Philadelphia at my own expense and be a witness
for the defense.

We can chat about your attempts to intimidate me into silence with
threats of legal action.

We can chat about your nuisance emails to my ISP.

We can chat about your emails to me sent AFTER I told you to stop.

We can chat about your pathetic attempts at cyberstalking and trying
to use information-gathering as a threat.

We'll have so much fun. I can hardly wait.

So try not to be an "inexcusable failure." Again.

Gordon, while the scope of discovery can indeed be broad, it also has
to be reasonably specific and reasonably justified. Stike one against
your wet dreams of unlimited discovery. You've never gotten to the
discovery phase in your legal follies, have you?

Gordo, have you forgotten, we've been down this road before.... where you
threaten to use discovery to dig into people's lives. Then someone points
out that's called a fishing expedition, and isn't permitted by the courts.

Then you change the subject and whine like a twat.

And which judge was it that agreed anything said about you on usenet
constitutes defamation?
