Even the (alleged) *women* who post here say they don't go for MLTR. Most
women go ballistic when a guy CHEATS, so this is pretty consistent with what
most men have seen. Tell a chick you are fucking other chicks while in a
relationship with her, and, well, she gets pissed.

The very point: some women won't ever tolerate MLTR, so their expectations
cannot be "managed" into one.
These women are not available to the PUA who seeks an MLTR. The MLTR women
are inferior sluts who tolerate cheaters.
