I'm envisioning a retelling of "A Christmas Carol" where a fabled
newsloon gets visited by his deceased brother (in this story, most
likely "murdered" by the newsloon since there seems to be no record of
him existing anymore) who will tell him that he will be visited by the
Ghosts of Lawsuits past, present and future.

The difference, of course, is that unlike Scrooge, the newsloon will not
change his ways, and thus will fall prey to the fate that was forewarned
by the Ghost of Lawsuits future.
