How to become piano entertainer

I am going from hobby to full time musican, but I think I need to add
piano to my skills in order to compete in this small market here in my
part of Norway.

So anyone have tips on how to learn to play piano very fast? I just
bought me a digital baby grand. I am not going to use backing of any
kind.

- I bet you need to work hard on the left hand and bass patterns?
- Do you need to practice different chord inversions or does this come
automatically?
- Any suggestions on a light, cheap instrument that is OK?
- Any useful thing to practice?

Any other tips?

I can play a few chords, and I plan to simply start with my songlist
and try to play the songs and start over again until I can play all
songs on piano too. And at the same time add some typical piano songs.

Thankful for any input!

to become a professional pianist is a tough slog. It implies years of work.
Instead, if you want only be able to play some classic songs in a bar,
that's another thing. You can do it but the easier way...
