My penis just exploded in anticipation of this possibility.
Anyway, I noticed that none of you have cast your ballots for Gordon's
Busted Urinal award. I crossposted the official ballot here so that
you all could have your chance to give Gordon yet another kook award
for his growing mantle.

Did you mean "kooks?"
Aren't you a "writer?"
Don't you write books?
Tell me a story, Ray Ray.
Tell me the one again about how you're a "Super Secretary" and can
type 100 wpm error free . . . I like that story.
It's 8:20 pm in the east . . . did you have dinner from a can tonight?

Viacom is an affiliate of the VAC, as there is an affiliate link on their
website.
They billed their show as a "tale of transformation" and implied a self-help
component while promoting a rather expensive product.
Most "reality" shows do not have such commercial tie-ins; this one did.
The public has cearly been misled.
All elements of a Lanham Act claim are there.
The previous poster thought Microsoft and Yahoo had a slam-dunk against me,
yet the 80-minute oral argument last month says otherwise.
