Definition of defame: to attack the good name or reputation of, as by
uttering or publishing maliciously or falsely anything injurious.
Gordon Roy Parker claims that HC's post defames him. Yet for this to
be true he would have to prove:
1. He has a good name or reputation to defame,
2. That there was an actual injury as a result of HC's statements.
Given Gordon Roy Parker's history of malicious, threatening posts for
the past dozen years, a portion of which have been directed at HC, it
is doubtful that anyone who considered his entire history of actions
and posts, assuming they could stomach reading all of them, would
consider or believe HC's comments to be anything more than something
of a pre-emptive strike against Gordon Roy Parker's posting another
one of his "see, I was right" tirades which, while amusing, tend to
distort facts, or leave them out entirely.
I found HC's post both interesting and amusing. The most amusing part
was envisioning Gordon Roy Parker being vexed that his opportunity to
capitalize on the case in question was lost, because to post anything
now would be futile given that HC has undermined his potential
arguments and he could have gotten plenty of mileage, at least in his
mind, from that case.
However, since the last post "is more than grounds enough to sue him
for libel," then I guess Gordon Roy Parker had better sharpen his
pencil to prepare that lawsuit. Assuming, of course, that in his
delusional state he actually believes the drivel he is spouting.
I would encourage him to note, before he files the lawsuit, that if he
does sue HC for libel then HC will have an opportunity to present any
evidence he has available to defend his comments. This would include
the entire bulk of all of the posts made by Gordon Roy Parker, under
his numerous aliases, since he began posting. Everything he's ever
written, being reviewed by a judge, to make a determination of this
single post was libelous or not. I'm willing to be given that history
the above post will be considered mild compared to what could have
been said.
I'm curious to see what circus act Gordon Roy Parker will perform
because of that post, if any. Also I'm curious to see if anything
actually materializes this Friday, the deadline everyone has to flip
sides and join his band of merry men.
Frankly I'm willing to be cold cash that this Friday will be like
every other with 99.99%% of the people who read this group will be out
having a good time while .01%% (that being, of course, Gordon Roy
Parker) will be at home, slouched in front of his computer monitor,
looking up his own name on Google to see who's slandered him this
time.

-Not a paid shill. Nobody pays me anything to post. I am, however,
willing to entertain offers.
-Not a member of any of the private seduction web sites. While I
enjoyed being a bachelor, I decided a few years ago to give the whole
married life thing a go. Now I'm just here for the "Gordon Roy Parker,
the Dancing Monkey" show.
-A firm believer that Gordon Roy Parker is a menace to society, or at
least would be if he ever actually left his apartment.
