Yes, it came from the gurus, all the threats made against my mother, who
died last year of stomach cancer, and against me, who was living with her
primarily because she needed a fulltime caregiver, and, unlike at least one
guru here who deposited his mom in a nursing home (as she got in the way of
his life it seems) and left her to die alone. Real courage there, and he
had money to avoid it. Sad.
Note also that many of their arguments were based on the notion that I
wasn't working (never true, as I always have been), and a number of other
things that they knew were false, but also knew I wouldn't respond to,
because if I did, they'd just harass my mom again, and she wasn't in a
position to fight back, nor were we going to devote resources to that when
she needed them.
Some things, however, money can't buy, like caring enough about one's
parents not to leave them to die in a nursing home because one has to
impress the people on USENET who might put them down for living with their
mom.

gurus?!?! I hope by that you are not referring to the small handful of
people who find amusement to follow the going ons here at asf. Because
as a general rule of thumb, none of us are "gurus". Though of course
relatively speaking.... we all are gurus compared to you.

>Even if gordy roy's mother has died, the whole above spew sickens me. A
>(in theory at least) grown man using his mother's dying as an excuse to
>justify his bullshit and stupidity is about a lame as a person can get.
What did you expect?
Parker has used CHILDREN too. His 9/11 spew also was proof of
how sick he really is. IF his mother is gone, he has no shame
at all, so why not use her one last time. If she is alive, then
stating she is dead is even worse. I wouldn't put anything past
Parker. But it would explain his actions off-line towards me
and my family that set me bonkers last week or so. Out of respect
to his mother, I will forgive him his horrid actions towards us.
Should he full his threats to sue everyone (again) now, all his
past posting history will shine in a new light because of his
recent actions, and perhaps he will finally get the help he needs.
If not, he's get his ass handed to him in court big time.
I for one doubt if he has any sense of reality at all.

I say you're full of shit, Gordon Roy Parker. #1, if your mother was
that sick, she wouldn't have been reading Usenet and the only way she
would have known about anything in the newsgroups was if YOU! told
her, you sack of shit. That's right, if you told her, you abused her
with the daily postings she never would have known about. So suck shit
asshole. #2, you aren't the only one who lost somebody while you were
pulling your litigation shit, dickhead. My father died in 2005, but
you give a shit? Hell no, but I didn't sit around and tell him the
sick assed shit you pulled every day, on Usenet OR offline. #3, I'll
take any chance to get your ass in another court of law, shithead. Go
for it.

A real good point, Thom. Unless she kept up on his spew, someone had
to tell her. Imagine grp-ie with his printouts sitting next to her
death bed, reading the posts, her begging him to just shut up, but
he keeps pushing it. Sad that might of been her final moments
on earth. Some 'caregiver' he was. AND..*IF* what he is saying now
*WAS* true, a simple call to some Law Enf office would of put an end
to it. But no. He just keeps it going. ALL for HIS needs, not her's.

I love this one, which will be ex#1 in court:

Did she?
Odd you failed to mention that until now.
If it is true, then may she rest in peace.
