Somehow, he's managed to maintain Internet service which he uses to

In florida, you can get up to two years in prison for libel.
The reason I've kept my internet service is simple: I haven't broken any
laws with it.
The FSS now has his day in court; HC will get one as well.
"HC" is a liar, and the last time a subpoena went to his AOL account, a
"woman" responded claiming that the account was hers, someone else was using
it, and "she" had no idea who, which is also perjury (since the owner of an
ISP account controls access to the account).
Anonymous harassment/cyberstalking, which HC is also doing, is a felony
punishable by up to two years in federal prison. 47 USC 223(h)(1)
Despite the public view of these criminals as horrid, HC is like someone
bragging about driving drunk.

You've been told ten thousands times . . . go ahead and file
fr00tl00p. Your feeble attempts to suppress my freedoms and
constitutional rights to comment on your provoking and inciteful
comments, through your campaign of cyberstalking and harassment of
many will fail, just like everything else in yoru miserable life.

That you haven't been CHARGED does not mean your behavior is even
REMOTELY acceptible. Or legal.

Didn't HC have a day in court? Does the word DISMISSED! mean anything
to you??

17 States, Colorado, Florida, Idaho, Kansas, Louisiana, Michigan, Minnesota,
Montana, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, Oklahoma,
Utah, Virginia, Washington and Wisconsin, along with Puerto Rico and the
U.S. Virgin Islands, have criminal libel statutes. The 10th Circuit Court
of Appeals is ruling on the Colorado statute right now. A decision is
expected any day as there are First Amendment issues involved. What that
means is that someone living in Florida can currently have YOU prosecuted
for your statements online...

Which means, you will have to travel to FL to do anything about
it. You have already stated you are afraid to fly, dis-like
busses and trains, and do not drive. WHY, tell us, at your
age (40'ish) do you not drive. Fuz's PI found out the reason
why. But you are too afraid to say so, or sue Fuz/Jon Appleton
over it. Guess the truth hurts, right Parker? Sux n Blows 2 B U.

..I think the main ? was how you afford it, now that mommie's gone,
and you have no real job. Bet the free cafe's are sick of you already.

If I had a dime everytime you stated someone would "..have his day.."
I could buy that 56 LP gold top I have my eyes on. And a weekend in
NYC as I buy it. But you never back up your herpes infested cakehole.

That could eventually be their undoing, possibly even based on fr00t l00p's
behavior.
Section 230 immunity exists because courts have relied on ISPs to enforce
their TOS. It is the existence of those TOS that led courts to uphold that
immunity to begin with.
The fact that ISPs (like fr00t l00p's) don't enforce those TOS may
eventually lead to the revocation of that immunity.
And if that happens, fr00t l00p will be shit out of luck with ISPs. He'll
have to get internet access through a Chinese company. Better start learning
Mandarin, fr00t l00p.

gordon roy parker, not the creator of the \"pivot\" as he has admitted in
earlier posts, newzloon and legal buffoon, tard and wanker, whined:

Notice that he snipped the 'libel' and he does not actually claim that he
was libeled, he just phrases his statement so that it looks as if that is
what he is doing. That must be because he knows that no REASONABLE PERSON
would see it as libel, just newzloons and legal buffoons.

Just the TOS of every isp you have ever used?

FSS? "Fuckin' Stupid Sissy"? you've already had your 'day in court' and
have lost... repeatedly...

Uh, Legal Genius, if you had bothered to look it up, 47 USC 223(h)(1)
is a section that defines what a "telecommunications device" is and
under what circumstances the definition applies or does not apply to
certain parties. It does not provide any criminal penalties and says
nothing about harassment or cyberstalking, nor does it say anything
about anonymous communications.
Ray, the more you say things the more you show that you do not know
what you are doing. Just the rude** completely incomprehensible***
inexcusable failure* we all know and love. Maybe I should add that
to my tag line.
