Roy Parker, of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA is a sociopath.

He seemed to think that calling him a psychopath was libelous, or
which he thinks constituted "hate speech" to which was "harassment
based on perceived disability" which would allow him to file a
"private criminal complaint." So far all I have heard from him is a
deafening silence.

I doubt that it's hard to find me. I have a "vanity domain" in that I
own the domain "paul-robinson.us", as well as others. In fact, of the
14 ways to state "paul robinson" in a domain name, either with or
without a hyphen between the two names, and
using .COM, .NET, .ORG, .US, .INFO, .BIZ or .NAME, I own 9 of them,
and if you bother to look up the whois listing for any of those
domains, you get my name, my address and telephone number. For
anyone that wants to check, I own all of the following domain names:
paul-robinson.biz, paulrobinson.info, paul-robinson.info, paul-
robinson.name, paul-robinson.net, paulrobinson.org, paul-robinson.org,
paulrobinson.us, paul-robinson.us.

In fact, I just went over to Godaddy and updated my contact address on
my domain name registrations to show that I have moved out of
Virginia. I now live in Maryland.

So there's no problem finding me and I could be served papers if I was
sued. But apparently Ray realizes he does not want to sue me, because
he knows he would lose.

The dictionary definitions of psychopath include:

I have, based on the legal definition, thus accused Gordon Roy
Parker,alias Ray Gordon of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, of committing
crimes or having a "loathsome medical condition" and if my comment is
false,
it would thus be libelous. If he fails to take any action against me,
either he does not wish to sue me for some reason, or knows that the
statement I am making is in fact true.

I wish to qualify the above definition with respect to Mr. Parker to
categorically exclude "sexual promiscuity" as I do not wish in any
way, shape or form to impugn Mr. Parker's spotless reputation as a
chaste virgin. Nor do I wish or intend to imply in any form or manner
that he has ever had any sexual contact of any kind whatsoever with
any other living being.

Consider the accuracy of my statement sometime in the fact Mr. Parker
has on more than one occasion threatened to sue me (over other remarks
I have made) and seems to think this statement is libelous, and
despite the fact I have made the first posting more than a half-dozen
times in the past 2 1/2 years, he has never even so much as asked me
to post a retraction or apologize, notwithstanding whether or not he
would sue me.

I mean, a woman could have had a baby - three times - in the time that
Gordo has sat around on his ass moaning about being libeled!

But Mr. Parker has done *nothing*.

It's been over 30 months. Hey,Ray, sweetie, when am I gonna get
served papers so I can countersue your ass into bankruptcy court? I
still lack standing to target you in court since I as yet have no
matter in controversy granting me standing.

So when ya gonna sue me, honey chile? I'm waiting. :)

It is very likely that Ray Gordon will now try - as he has in the past
- to claim that I am a "celebrity stalker." Please note that in the
last four years, I have never sent him e-mail nor have I been anywhere
in Pennsylvania, and I have never send him postal mail or called him.

The purpose in posting this message is twofold: one, I'm peeved that
he's sued Viacom and a couple others and hasn't sued me in any of his
groundless and baseless lawsuits that he is wont to file in federal
court, so I lack standing to countersue him and bankrupt his ass.

Second, it is my intent to inform others about him that they may be
aware of his personal conduct. His claims that I am "stalking" him
are vacuuous and without merit. For example, Title XLVI of the
Florida statutes, Chapter 784, statute number 784.048 (d) which reads
"(d) "Cyberstalk" means to engage in a course of conduct to
communicate, or to cause to be communicated, words, images, or
language by or through the use of electronic mail or electronic
communication, directed at a specific person, causing substantial
emotional distress to that person and serving no legitimate purpose."

Thus my statements have a legitimate purpose - to inform the persons
who read this message about him - and thus cannot constitute
"cyberstalking." I'm not in Florida but the whole point in giving the
statutory example is that he has no grounds to complain about my
comments and can do nothing, because I have said only truthful or
provable things regarding his conduct.

That it does piss him off anyway is merely a fringe benefit.

Oh, by the way,Ray Gordon, you once said there are seduction based
websites, or seduction portals, which receive income of more than
$99,999.99 a year, please inform me of the URL of any of them that did
in the past or now exist. I have asked for this information more than
00099 times and you have failed to answer, I guess you missed my
question every other time.

(Actually I've asked him more than 200 times.)
