I wonder if that accounts for his current silence?
Do you know which court that was in? I'm curious to read the opinion.
That is if it's been posted online by the courts yet.

I understand it's now on PACER, the case is Perker v. Sloan, et al,
case #08-cv-829-JL. If you got a chance to read his consolidated
opposition to the Defendant's Motion to Dismiss, this was a forgone
conclusion.
