I met this educated Austrian chick and set up a date at Starbucks. I
will tell you guys the details, and I'd like some honest feedback. I
know I made some f-ups, but I still would like some opinions.
Well, she is (IMO) really hot. When I say hot I don't mean she's a 10,
I mean she is my type: slender, pretty blue eyes, cute face... the
physical attraction was there, and she wore no make-up too. Most guys
would rate her a 7ish, but I think most guys are too harsh, even when
they themselves are not all that. Point being I liked her.
OK, so I meet her at Starbucks, and she greets me and chooses a seat
while I wait for my coffee. I get my coffee and take a seat with her.
I talk about my trips to Europe, and how Europe and the U.S....

Women do that to give themselves an escape route. She ended the date at the
beginning.
If you're willing to risk losing her (often the only way to get her), you
can end the date then and there too, but most guys won't. Alternatively,
hitting on other women during the date is a good way to deal with this
shit-test.

Looks are not "game."
Social status or value is not "game."
Those are the things that game makes unnecessary.
A seduction guru who teaches you that looks, money or status is game is not
teaching you "game," but how to be an AFC. He uses his students' money to
get women and laughs that "AFCs pay my rent."

Well, as I said, she mentioned, when I called her (before the date),
that she worked night shift. Plus the date was really, really
dragging. I mean, 50 minutes at Starbucks?
Could she really have just been patient with me for 50 minutes? That
seems like a really long time to spend with someone you don't like. On
the other hand, you could be right about her having not liked me from
the beginning, not so much over her ending the date, but over her lack
of interest (or so it seemed) in my life. Uusally women ask questions,
I think!
Thanks for your feedback, Ray. ;)

Think like a chick: calling in sick to fuck a guy is the norm. Her boss,
who likely also wants to fuck her, won't care.

Perhaps she was giving you 50 minutes to game her and you didn't step up.

I am really curious as to what Odious has to say. Hey, Odious, I
respect your skills... what's your take on this? Did I really blow it,
and, if so, is there a way to recover?
I know I screwed up in some way, but a true PUA should not dwell on one
girl or one single mistake.

Once again, grp displays his tenuous grip on the realities of having a job.

Hello dude,
I'm not Odius, but i'll give you my take.
i think its not bad, for a first date and the fact that you said you
are on the way and only a newbie, there are of course, advice, tips and
lessons to be learnt from your experience, most of them by you alone.
there is nothing wrong with being harsh on yourself, as long as you
take it constructively and work out how to improve yourself so next
time (with her or someone else) you can progress. if this one doesn't
work out, then don't worry, its experience, just get out there and get
on with the next stage in your progression to PUA.
on with the show:

Hitting on other women while on a "formal date"? Oh thats nice.....real
nice. Good way to never get a second one. You can enage other women in
polite conversation to show her that other women are interested in you...but
to hit on them...not on a "date".

Ratings don't matter to others guys. Only to you. If you think she's a
10.. she is. Sounds like you'd rate her higher than 7. But, as you say..
the point is... you liked her. Go for it!!

Yeah. French kiss another woman in front of her. It's a great way to get
a free drink. In the face.
As far as the "night sift" thing goes... did she appear to be leaving for
work? Did she mention where she works or what she does? You believe she
was sincere... I'm curious... why?
