facing federal charges relating to their agreement with their ISPs, who
could also sue them on the same logic for violating the user agreements.

That's the point: it's not the truth, it's defamation, though truth isn't
even relevant to harassment chages, btw.
JJT's only purpose for posting here is to harass me by trying to interfere
with my life. There is no other purpose. That type of interference is also
actionable, which is why he's scared shitless to try it on someone else.
He's just betting I won't do anything and knows he's up the creek if he
loses that bet.
He's not the first person in this country to come up with the idea or act
out on it, and we have many laws in place to deal with it. The longer he
does it, the greater his legal risks.
One day the ISPs are going to have to reign in cockroaches like JJT, and
until then, someone else would just do the same thing.
