Don't blame me if your ISP winds up suing you for defaming others

Read your ISP agreement folks. I've NEVER seen one where an ISP could not
recover damages from a user who violates their TOS policies and causes them
to be harmed (sued would be harmed).

Since ISPs ae not immune to defamation lawsuits in Illinois at present, they
will be the ones sued (after being warned to cease and desist). If they
lose a suit and it gives them the right to sue a user to recover the costs
of their malfeasance, well, don't say you didn't know about it.

Ask a lawyer, of course, because I am not one, and make sure to read the
fine print in your TOS agreement.

Read the constitution moron, you are cackling over protected speech.
People are entitled to their opinions, and furtherentitled to post
them.

So let me get this straight . . . your plans are to go to Illinois, and
sue an ISP who gives Internet access to a user that you *claim* is
defaming you? And further, your plan is to win the suit?

Considering that you are UNdefamable, as you have single handedly done
more to ruin your own reputation, than anything anybody could say about
you, that might just be the funniest thing I EVER read!.

UAP, UAP, UAP, as well as legal threats that mean nada. You have no
legal standing to petition the courts outside PA unless the ISP or the
user is homed there. Moron. What a loser.

You'd better start taking care of your own ISP's TOS and UAP.

He has no standing to sue in Illinois, but an Illinois court would
have the jurisdiction to sanction hm once the idiot makes that
mistake. Trying to avail himself of that court's jurisdiction is a
fatal error.

He's already made that mistake in Delaware. That makes him a free
range serial litigant now. He's lost the home field advantage and he's
going to suffer.

Here's your own ISP's UAP, moron. Pay particular attention to the part
that says,

damn, gordy loser finally posted a statement that is true...

but then his court record shows that he is not a lawyer so we didn't
really need him to comfirm it in writing...

but it was nice of him to explain why no one should ever take anything he
says about the law to have even a remote connection to accuracy and the
truth...

Ok, then, I will sue both AOL and Globalpops for allowing you to continue
your shenanigans.
