It osts $39 to file in muni court in Philadelphia, and you can name John
Does.
One of the key ingredients to proving harassment and the need to file
charges over it is to completely ignore the harasser, only to have them
continue their harassment.
If the harassment involves imputations of any type of disability, or
repeated bigotry towards same, it can rise to the level of a hate crime.
Repeatedly calling someone names like "loon" is no different than repeatedly
calling a black person a nigger or a jewish person a kike etc. It's just
hate speech.
Recent events, such as Megan Meier's suicide, the six cheerleaders beating
up one girl on video, and the like, have resulted in zero-tolerance for
"cyberbullying." Especially since the target of such bullying has few
choices other than to press charges, lest anyone critcize them for
responding in kind, while asking them politely to stop is not effective.
Complaints can even be filed against e-mail addresses and served via their
ISP. Federal law allows for up to two years in prison for anonymous
"annoyance" online (the purpose of the law was to target those cowards who
find that type of bravery only when anonymous).

But you do not do that, gordy roy.

Ohhhh, another bogus forum for your lies. And it only costs $39 for you to
be able to use it. Tell me jerkwad, is that per defendant or can you get a
group rate?

You have no legal education, thus you are not qualified to preach about this

First, Ray, ignoring your supposed harassers does not mean baiting them. It
does not mean you have carte blanche to say what you want and when you want.
The 1st amendment doesn't even give you that. You have to be responsible
for your actions.
You have to be able to put things in context. Again, this is a difficult
task for you.
Now what is going to happen. You will file one of these against your
alleged harassers. The problem in your email is you forgot one big step. I
look up your private criminal complaints BS many moons ago. You forgot the
part where there is still a review of your compliant to decide if even comes
close to meeting any of the burden of evidence and intent that criminal
compliant needs. Ray, save your $39 because you aren't close.
So lets see, there is a real terrorist threats. Philly has violent crime.
I am sure it is like a lot of other urban cities with gang violence and
other real crimes. You want the DA and criminal justice system to prosecute
people who call you a newsloon? Surely you jest because if you serious, the
laughter will set them free. Yes, laughter. Because in a court system that
is over worked and has to deal with real problems, they are going to laugh
your ass right out of court.
