some advice for you: stay white"
Looks like you've got some inner game issues. There's nothing wrong with
being nervous because almost everyone is that when people look. Go to
bars/restaurants/cafe's/whatever and look at the people around you,
you'll notice that most people act the same way.
It's better to work on your mental state/inner game then try to get the
body language right since your mental state/inner game controls your
body language.
