OK, you are talking about 6-9, but to make it work, it would have
to be people named in suit, not like me, where he just cowardly named
me as JD#17, on Internet..which, as he knows, is no form of service.

I remember. There are alot of folks who just feel grp-ie deserves to
be put away, even just over what they read, NOT (like me, when he
threatened my family) those who have been harmed. And to be blunt,
grp-ie has done nothing to hurt me because he is so impotent. Maybe
he knows that the second he stops being an I/Failure, ray-world fun
park will close, and he'll have to owe up to things he has forgotten.

Even with me, it's not "..my problem.." . I couldn't care less about
the 'seduction' business, I think most of ya are looney over it anyway.

Besides, if ya add up what he would get from the court, it could never
out number the hours of pure laughs he has provided free of charge.

grp-ie has as much right to say whatever he wants, and if what he says
steps over the line to ya, do something about it yerself. Ganging up
on the asswipe is NOT needed,he has too much history to cripple himself.

rights of citizens

Under the U.S. code, a person cannot be detained by the U.S. government
except by an Act of Congresss."No citizen shall be imprisoned or
otherwise detained by the United States except pursuant to an Act of
Congress." Title 18 part 3 chapter 301 § 4001. Under the U.S.
constitution, the writ of habeas corpus cannot be denied except in
cases of invasion or risk fo public safety. I was jailed by federal
judge Edward Nottingham for over 4 months without being accused of
contempt in the presence of the court nor violation of a statute and
without citation of an Act of Congress as required by § 4001. There
was only an interested private prosecutor, not a government
prosecutor as required by the U.S. Supreme Court. The U.S. government
adopted the U.N. declaration fo the Rights of Citizens and that says
people cannot be held except pursuant to crimes recognized by
international law. You should look to state law. In Colorado it says
that a dismissal with prejudice is a " nullity" and that you have a
statutory right to refile within 6 months. I will look up PA law for
you. It is hard to find the laws once you are in jail. History proves
you can't trust lawyers. They will sell you out. In Australia, they
passed a "vexastious litigant" statute and one of the 10 people so
charged was suing tobacco companies. I will try to help find the laws ...

Barratry in Pennsylvania and a certain psychopathic loser on Alt.Seduction.Fast

According to Title 18, Chapter 51 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
Statutes, Section 5109 reads as follows.

§ 5109. Barratry.

A person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree if
he vexes others with unjust and vexatious suits.

The key here is plural. 'suits.' More than one is adequate to trigger
this law. There is someone (a well known psychopathic loser) on the
newsgroup alt.seduction.fast who has been filing unnecessary lawsuits
which have been routinely dismissed. This individual also mentions it's
possible for someone to file a 'private criminal complaint' without
having to try to get the Commonwealth's Attorney to file. (Now, of
course, it is entirely possible and probably likely that he is incorrect
on this last point.)

P.C.S. Title 18, Chapter 1, Section 106 states the following:

§ 106. Classes of offenses.

(a) General rule.--An offense defined by this title for which a
sentence of death or of imprisonment is authorized constitutes
a crime. The classes of crime are:

[ ] 7. Misdemeanor of the third degree.
