I am sure that, at some point, someone will put it op on YouTube and,
at that point, you will threaten suit for illegal use of your image or
some nonsense.
And, for the record, the network never claimed that they did not use
re-takes, so Lanham is off the table, it would seem. And anybody who
believes that reality TV is real also probably believes that pro
wrestling is not rehearsed (to some extent), either!
And as to my being an "industry insider," well, more than you are...
I'm married to the publisher of the top Talent Directories in Chicago,
which was an Illinois Film Council approved resource and was used by
EVERY major studio as a reference, for openers... so yeah, to a large
extent, that puts me much further on the inside that YOU will EVER be!
