It's coming Tim.
It' coming.
How long has the world been waiting for Tom's proof on 3d mind?
For four years and more, Tom has failed to produce anything at all. Not
even any real independent anecdotal evidence.
Yet you try and "demand" something from me in a matter of days? In your
dreams Tim. You are not in a position to 'demand' anything from me and in
this respect you are impotent.
You yourself Tim have provided nothing, zip, nil, zilch, not even a cat in
a hat. - for the uninitiated, another identity clue pointing to me (sorry,
but I have to point it out in case Tim doesn't get it).
Tim, you are the weakest link, goodbye. Please leave the room.
Now Tom, if 3d mind was said to be effective and that there was
overwhelming independent anecdotal evidence to show this, that would be
another matter. If this were the case, I'm sure that most people would
accept your claims if there was independent evidence to back it up. There
would be no problems.
If 3d mind is proven to get the claimed results, then damn, I might even
use it myself (actually I'm being flippant, I wouldn't use it - I've been
around it and used it enough to know when it works and to what extent - I
now use other methods and have better success rates).
However Tom, your claims say there is a proven scientific basis to 3d mind
backed by brain science. So again, what is this scientific proof and where
do we get it from? Where is the proof of the claimed success rates?
At the moment the 3d mind web site makes claims but provides no proof.
Even some of the 'independent' testimonials on the 3d mind site are from 3d
mind practitioners who offer 3d mind solutions to clients. Or are you
claiming that you have no association with the 3d mind sites in New Zealand
and do not have any testimonials from there. I assume that you
misunderstand the meaning of "independent" when it comes to proof and
testimonials.
Your practitioners are sailing close to the wind. They make substantive
claims of 95%% success rates and that there is a scientific basis to 3d
mind. If advertising standard bodies were to investigate these satellite
practitioner sites, they would simply be no way to substantiate these
advertised claims as there doesn't appear to be any proof whatsoever to
support them. These claims are from your marketing pack, claims which you
yourself no longer use. If your practitioners get taken down with false
advertising how is this going to reflect on you Tom.
Of course, for the satellites, they are their own advertisers and as such
are solely responsible for the accuracy of their own adverts, and there
will be no legal come back on you if they get busted. However, it will
reflect back on your business.
You yourself are allegedly being investigated for false advertising claims.
Interestingly, your web site moderated and toned down your own claims a
while back, yet you still provide these 'full on' claims for your
practitioners to use.
You don't seem to care that your practitioners will need to provide
evidence to these claims when they get investigated.
So, where is the evidence and proof Tom?
If you are a 3d mind practitioner and advertise using these claims, please
do be sure that you can back them up if the advertising standards bodies
come knocking at your door. Maybe you should ask Tom for the proof.
Is that you knocking Tim? Sorry, but you can't come in and play. I'm
talking with Tom at the mo. We'll call you back in when we are ready for
you.
