Hello? Hello?

Hillary? is that you?

Yep .... it must be.

I can't think of any other ignoramus that would think that anything
like health care could be administered by one orgainization,
especially the govenment.

You haven't listened to enough public radio lately. I think you need to do a
little more yoga and go hug a tree for a while to reduce your stress. We're
all God's children and need to be protected from ourselves. The government
needs to pay for everything related to health care. We shouldn't have to
work for it. I think you need some time to meditate further on this. You'll
see the wisdom of Hillary's plan and of being protected by earth mother
Hillary and her giant big wet sloppy cosmic vagina.

We have Medicare don't we? We have a national postal system, free public
libraries, police, fire and ambulance services. Why is it that we can
look the other way when it comes to state sanctioned lotteries and
casinos that do not much for education at all besides increase your
taxes? Why not get your moneys worth? in 30-40 years, our social
security system will probably go totally bankrupt, so why wait until
then to fix things? Lets do something now while we can still call
ourselves a nation for the people, not a nation for corporate greed.

Hillary really had no power to do anything, but you as a voter do. So
unless you want to go bankrupt shartly after you need any sort of major
operation, or get denied because one your childern or spouse needs an
unnecessary procedure, according to your private for profit healthcare
provider.

National healthcare & childcare works in the UK, Canada, France, Germany
Cuba, and many other countries. And they have alot less money than we
do. The USA accounts for over 60 percent of the worldwide commerce, yet
we are in 32nd place in healthcare...

Now there is an idea...Since Canada is an ally, and right next door, and
their healthcare system works just fine, why not just let Canada
takeover or ailing Amercian healthcare system? Call it a business
transaction if you like, so we Amercians can spend more time on building
up our weapons arsenals.

I see your point. But it doesnt have to be administered by our
goverment. It just needs to be run by someone other than large profit
making companies looking to deny your claim just because you may have
had a prexisting condition, or left something out on your original
application. Let's face it, everyone will get sick, and surely everyone
will die. Why do we have to lose everything for something we cannot
possibly avoid?

I agree that there is no easy or quick solution. But if we dont start
somewhere, things will only get worse. We are on an express ride to a
huge recession. When that happens, we all know will happen to all those
smaller businesses or self employed individuals that have private
insurance plans don't we? So instead of 46+ million without healthcare
coverage, you can count on that doubling right off the starting block.

The only problem is Canada's health care doesn't work fine and what's there
only exists with high tax rates

So who does that leave to run everything? The government which like Jack
says can't run squat regardless who's in charge, you've unfortunatly gotten
yourself into the emotional part of the debate and the only outcome is
another massive government program that doesn't work and can only ration
care

And you are stuck with it
