One thing you want to plan for is make them independently redundant. It
really freaks out burglars when they think they have silenced a siren
only to find another one, or two, going in another location.

I installed texecom premier 816 4-5years ago.
I had many problems with the LED keypad, "beeping" at random, after 1 year
or more!
changed new keypad solved the problem.

DOOD! That was an XR-100 you sent...expensive board! I may remodel my system
with it...my XR-200 is getting old.

One of the glass keypads has some bad pixels but I'll send it in for repair.
I installed one of the other ones in my house yesterday...boy they are slick
looking keypads!

I owe ya!
