They don't seem to be in a hurry to give Bush the 100 billion he asked
for a couple months ago. And, they only gave him a third what he
asked for in December
-- 70 billion, instead of 196 billion. And, the
Republicans have declined to filibuster a Democratic Senate Bill to
cut off all funding. They've been debating it for about a month,
now. So, I'm not quite so sure.
Also, we're out of money. Takes a lot of money to fight wars.
