So, one morning I am walking from the busstop to work, crossing the George
Mason footbridge. To sky one to get in our building.
What I saw required me to get to the security office and make a report, so
if you see the wacky 3117, it was me that made the report.
Right under the overhang of the office building someone had left a coffee
can full of burning materials. I looked just long enough to determine that
the papers were musical scores, pages and pages of notes.
Homeless person warming up, kook nutjob, terrorist, prankster, forelorn
Valentine's victim, I don't know,
