The Constitution is a concept that gets changed through interpretation by
the U.S. Supreme Court at times because the values and language used to
frame it is unfamiliar to later generations plus the issues that it
addresses have sometimes grown beyond their original scope or the issues did
not exist at the time that the Constitution was ratified and established as
the law of the land.

One can question the meanings of the Constitution's words without being its
enemy. One also has the right and responsibility to oppose laws by any means
necessary including force if they or the government that has established
them are unjust or tyrannical according to its sister document, the
Declaration of Independence.
