No. But if it's private, the owners can control who is allowed to do
so.

If you're nude, question is where would you hide it?

Quite possibly.

With written permission of those involved.
It's best you don't go in the first day with a camera in hand. Get to
know the people first before ya go doing that. But if it's a public
beach, hey man, it's fair game.

Question is: why would you bother?

Seriously, nude beaches are not all they are cracked up to be. 95%% of
the people you wish would put on some more clothes on. And for the 5%%
you actually want to see naked, bikinis these days are so revealing
anyway, what does it matter?

Besides, the internet is saturated with nude photos. What's the point?

Actually, the rule is: If you can see it, you can take a picture of
it....unless it's a restricted military/government site. I can stand on
public land and take pictures of anything I see....the only think you will
have a problem with is if you use an extreme telephoto lens to take pictures
of something you normally wouldn't be able to see with the naked eye.

With Scientology OT 9 x-ray vision powers you won't need to go to a
nude beach
With Dianetics CLEAR perfect memory powers you won't need photos

that will be $450,000 in small unmarked bills
