Well, if it's written it's libel, and for it to be libel it's gotta be
untrue. The person "IS" obsessed with a 9 year old girl in London.
He seems to think that it's child porn to have a fully clothed girl
with a protest sign. That's nuts. If he finds that image to be
erotic in anyway, it's time to get some hard core professional
psychological help. Seriously.

But the truth of the matter is OSA in the past have often used the
"kid fucker" card on critics. I know there are videos done by Mark
Bunker where he was accused of being a kid fucker for trying to
document a Scientology event. Anyone who is opposed to Scientology is
a criminal. If you don't know their crimes, make them up.

I too have also received an email asking that I do mot commit slander
against this individual and I have retorted in pretty much the same
fashion. I do not believe that anything I have said has been criminal
and if he would like to press charges I request, most secure that I
have said nothing unreasonable, that he do so. If you seek to not
bother with this line, I would request you apologise for your
unwarranted statements as well as your generally threatening demeanour
in email. I have no idea why I have received such statements from this
man not do I have a care until it is shown I've done something wrong.

This is what I don't understand. You claim it's not ok to use an
image of a minor without the parent's permission. But at the same
time you're going to send it to every newspaper, school, child
protective services. That's a tad hypocritical isn't it? I don't
know if it's OK to use photograph of a minor for personal use... but
it's certainly NOT for an organization to use an image of ANYONE
without their permission.
