Infants 'have natural belief in God'

INFANTS are hard-wired to believe in God, and atheism has to be learned,
according to an Oxford University psychologist.

Dr Olivera Petrovich told a University of Western Sydney conference on
the psychology of religion that even preschool children constructed
theological concepts as part of their understanding of the physical world.

Pyschologists have debated whether belief in God or atheism was the
natural human state. According to Dr Petrovich, an expert in psychology
of religion, belief in God is not taught but develops naturally.

She told The Age yesterday that belief in God emerged as a result of
other psychological development connected with understanding causation.

It was hard-wired into the human psyche, but it was important not to
build too much into the concept of God. "It's the concept of God as
creator, primarily," she said. Dr Petrovich said her findings were based
on several studies, particularly one of Japanese children aged four to
six, and another of 400 British children aged five to seven from seven
different faiths.

CHILDREN OF DISOBEDIENCE OR SONS OF GOD?

Jesus said:

The New Covenant was ratified by the blood of Jesus Christ and can
never be changed.

That invincible fact exposes the accursed heresy of "The gospel of
Health Reform" that makes vegetarianism a requirement for salvation.*
The Seventh Day Adventists call it "Present Truth"; but it is a
blatant lie because it tampers with the Covenant of God.

The Ten Commandments of God have nothing to say about food --or
drink. Read them!

SINE QUA NON

The Latin term "sine qua non" is literally translated: without which
not. It refers to an indispensable condition or necessity. Without
oxygen man cannot live - oxygen is the sine qua non for human life.

Without understanding the OLD Covenant, A Bible student cannot
understand the NEW Covenant.

The shocking truth is that despite unequivocal Biblical testimony many
who believe in the Bible refuse to accept the fact that the New
Covenant is a renewal of the original Covenant Yahweh made with Israel
- the Ten Commandments - nothing more and nothing less.

Reverend author predicts shift in the role of religion in politics

MARK COLVIN: The religious right was one of the key factors in George W,
Bush's election to the White House, but after eight years, the opinion
polls suggest that its fabled power has dissipated.

Many US evangelical churches have been disillusioned by the Iraq War and
other factors, and the Republican Party is not expected to be able to
mobilise them in the way they once did.

Instead, religion may become more of a force on the other wing of
politics. The Reverend Jim Wallis certainly thinks so.

He's in Australia promoting his book, Seven Ways to Change the World:
Reviving Faith and Politics.

And he numbers Barack Obama, Britain's Prime Minister Gordon Brown and
the campaigning rock star, Bono, among his friends and supporters.

SHAKE OFF THE DUST

God has ordained that the messages of his word are to give us salvation
personally and across the whole church. His word is to purify the church.

We are living in these last days and we need to be aware of the time we're
living in. We need to understand the light and the day star prophecy so we
can go through circumstances and experiences so we're not thrown off our
feet and left too surprised.

Revelation 19:7 Let us be glad and rejoice, and give honour to him: for
the marriage of the Lamb is come, and his wife hath made herself ready.
19:8 And to her was granted that she should be arrayed in fine linen,
clean and white: for the fine linen is the righteousness of saints.
19:9 And he saith unto me, Write, Blessed [are] they which are called

true sayings of God.

I ask the question, are you a Protestant? If we want to know what it means
