I know a lady with a 22-year-old troubled son. His history includes
serious chronic drug use and skipping school. He finally dropped out
of school and enrolled in a GED program. After much skipping, he
finally got his High School diploma. His parents put him thru a
State Vocational Technical school program, but he has never been able
