I am afraid we need them more then they need us.

The only way out of this hole is to lower our demand which means more
fuel efficient cars and industry, but the Republicans have been
fighting that all the way.

Thanks

Bullsfuckingshit.

As the #1 consumer of oil in the world, by far, lowering our demand
would have an effect on pricing.

You'd have to be an inbred mongoloid not to realize that.

Your theory has a flaw. Demand in real terms has gone down but the
price continues to escalate.

Are you assuming China is going to be wiped off the map by Iran, or ?

The growth in China's demand will not be a great as the right fears.

Chinese auto usage wll be short trips, small, efficient cars, and in large
part biodiesel.

Three things are behind this:

1. Most people with the capital to buy a car live int he dense urban
districts where trips will be short.

2. AS has been publicized for the Olympics, CHina has a horrible pollution
problem Cleanin gup their pollution is a prioity.
