With all of the people trying to find someone to blame for higher fuel
prices and unemployment, it is notable to mention that Bill Clinton
recently said we SHOULD slow down the economy...for the environment...

That link has a link to the quote and video clip in question. It
should be totally clear to anyone that the motivation behind the
global warming promotion is the socialist goal of equal distribution
of income, worldwide, since Clinton says the "rich countries" should
cut back on production, while the poor, socialist, countries would be
allowed to keep their production running full steam (let it be noted
that one of those "poor" countries...China...is the world's largest
air polluter. Thus, Clinton and the other global warming advocates
only want CAPITALIST countries to slow production, while giving a
green light to socialist countries. That's not a conspiracy theory,
anymore. It's straight from their own mouths.
So, what do you think? Feel like paying more and having less jobs to
support worldwide socialism?

I feel like paying more and having fewer jobs if it would ensure that
our kids will be able to heat their houses and commute to work when
they are our age.

You use the word "socialism" as a perjorative in a context where it
is not applicable. Whether Slick Willie is right or wrong, he is
simply
suggesting an alternative between two priorities: support a
comfortable
lifestyle NOW, or slow things down for a better future.
