WE? If it is we that is doing it, I have no problem. If your plan is
to let businesses "voluntarily" choose to slow the economy or slow
production, I have zero objection. My guess is that you didn't mean
"we" or "voluntarily" but "those capitalists" and "by force." Bill
Clinton certainly didn't mean voluntarily.
