his cousin shyster to win again. They both walk away with billions while
the Amercian taxpayer is left with 100's of billions worth of bad debt.
What a perfect example of graft over principle (GOP). Not one word has been
said by the Administration about going after the brokers, investment banks
and paper resellers to recover the exorbitant fees they collected. Not one
word about prosecuting the fraudulent assessers. Nope the politicians did
exactly what shylock and shyster told them to do.

MSNBC is removing Keith Olbermann and Chris Matthews as the anchors of live
political events, bowing to growing criticism that they are too opinionated
to be seen as neutral in the heat of the presidential campaign.

David Gregory, the NBC newsman and White House correspondent who also hosts
a program on MSNBC, will take over during such events as this fall's
presidential and vice presidential debates and election night.

WASHINGTON — The Republican National Convention has given John McCain and
his party a significant boost, a USA TODAY/Gallup Poll taken over the
weekend shows, as running mate Sarah Palin helps close an "enthusiasm gap"
that has dogged the GOP all year.

McCain leads Democrat Barack Obama by 50%%-46%% among registered voters, the
Republican's biggest advantage since January and a turnaround from the USA
TODAY poll taken just before the convention opened in St. Paul. Then, he
lagged by 7 percentage points.

CONVENTION: GOP rejuvenated

The convention bounce has helped not only McCain but also attitudes toward
Republican congressional candidates and the GOP in general.

complains about Sarah Palins "sex appeal". I mean,
how DARE she not look like Maddie Albright or the
bride of Frankenstein ???!!! She might ATTRACT people
