Completely untrue. Ron Paul stated that the U.S. should stop giving
foreign aid to all countries, including Israel and Afganistan, and
stop trying to act as the policeman of the world, which is bankrupting
the country.
And Israel is hardly defenseless. It has the strongest military in
the Middle East, and is the only country in the region to posses
nuclear weapons.

Israel has a high standard of living; certainly far higher than any
other in the region and comparable to European countries.

http://www.thefreelibrary.com/The+lynching+of+persons+of+Mexican+origin+or+descent...
The lynching of persons of Mexican origin or descent in the United
States, 1848 to 1928.
For decades lynch mobs terrorized persons of Mexican origin or descent
(5) without reprisal reprisal, in international law, the forcible
taking, in time of peace, by one country of the property or territory
belonging to another country or to the citizens of the other country,
to be held as a pledge or as redress in order to satisfy a claim.
from the wider community.
The more critical attitude taken by the Anglo establishment created a
political climate less tolerant of extra-legal violence. Although acts
of lawlessness continued, Rafael Benavides became the last Mexican in
the United States United States, officially United States of America,
to be lynched in such blatant defiance of the judicial system.
Although widely recognized in the Mexican community on both sides of
the border, and among some scholars, the story of mob violence against
Mexicans remains relatively unknown to the wider public.

Mexican Migrant Workers and Lynch Culture
http://amath.colorado.edu/carnegie/lit/lynch/migrant.htm
Because these workers were forced to settle into communities that did
not want them, and in communities that were promised the Mexicans were
only staying temporarily, Mexicans were segregated, victimized, and
resented by the surrounding white population. This maltreatment
eventually escalated into racial oppression comparable to that of the
blacks in the Jim Crow south. [2]
The racial hierarchy that Mexicans faced in the Southwest
left them with no support from the law. Officials and policy makers
serving the courts, police stations and communities in the late
nineteenth and early twentieth centuries were the same white
supremacists fighting for the Mexicans removal. The Texas Rangers
were infamous for their brutality.
