Over population is of course the ultimate cause and effect of
starvation of the masses. It's a vicious circle. The more impoverished
the masses become, the less those same masses can contribute to a
solution. Like beavers, humans learned to cooperate with their specie
to increase their chances of survival and reproduction, but like rats
in a cage, they succumb to disease and starvation when the population
reaches a predictable limit. Homosexuality and moral decay even in rat
population experiments, eventually claims a deadly toll.

When the population becomes unmanageable. Nature will eventually
triumph and life will go on with or without us hapless humans.

When I read right wing dribble these days, I think of the resources
they are wasting flogging a dead horse. Uncontrolled population growth
is inherently self destructive if resources can’t keep up. We
westerners spawned population growth by exploitation and enterprise.
It takes money and investment to encourage growth. We established
disease control, mechanized farming, the green revolution, and mass
communication, which all contributed to this population explosion. We
are fools to blame poor for having kids. Thanks to foreign
corporations refusal to pension their employees, the worker’s children
is all they have that the government can’t take from them. It is their
only form of social security.

The British turned tail and abandoned their empire because the price
to administer to the masses in India, the middle east and even
Indonesia, Australia and America was too high.
They learned a hard fought lesson. With victory so comes
responsibility to rule with fairness. That concept is quickly becoming
an oxymoron.
