In California, and probably many other states, almost all day laborers are illegal
aliens that stand around on street corners waiting for jobs. Let this be a lesson.
Be sure you know who you hire to work in your yard or in your home. When you pick up
unknowns and take them home, they know where you live and how to get there.....AAC

Police on Friday arrested a 17-year-old suspected of sexually assaulting a Santa
Monica woman when she discovered him burglarizing her home.
Police said they believed the victim was targeted after hiring day laborers to work
at her home.
