Total bullshit.
Where do you get the hydrogen? Electricity? Sure... that comes from a
fossil-fuel burning plant. Maybe you are lucky and live near a
hydro-electric dam or a thermal spring, but 9 times out of 10, you get
your electricty from a non-renewable source.
