Wrestling with reality

How can you wrestle it if you dont know what reality is?

The answer is simple. If you are in combat, what you are fighting is
not real.

Non realities are built on beliefs, expectations, regrets, the win/
lose mentality, second hand viewpoints and desires.

Ever felt as though you are wrestling with yourself? Very tiring and
frustrating, and of course, there is no 'win', just increasing trauma
and disappointment.

I wrestle with reality all the time.
And for Borg's benefit, that reality
for me one time turned into a real, live angel.

And believe me...you can't win.

Once again, there is a secular and abstracted form of the solution;

Cognitive therapy or cognitive behavior therapy is a kind of
psychotherapy used to treat depression, anxiety disorders, phobias,
and other forms of mental disorder.

Wrestling is reality.

I cannot step out that easily.

To be loaded with all kinds of beliefs is making you shine. Who doesn't
want to shine?

You wouldn't want a world without obstacles would you?

Depression, and many other forms of mental dysfunction are caused by
problems with brain chemistry. In which case, "psychotherapy" is useless.
