Most excellent. You did say it. "Maybe" is appropriate because, well,
it's a quantum thang.
On a semi-serious note: regarding the quantum domain experiments that
cannot determine a certain outcome due to observation, even when a
non-human experiences it in recorded time - well, perhaps it is true
that the outcome of the experiment existed before it was made for the
reason you mentioned above, "It was already there".
So we need to use quantum observation. W ever the F that is.
I'll repeat this yesterday to be sure.
