I met this amazing girl yesterday. A world class sprinter. Lightning fast
out of the blocks. I know exactly what I want to do with this girl. Step
one as her new coach is to teach her poor running form for distance running
and she's going to be on that regiment for two to three months, at least.
Are you still running on your toes, baby? Do you still hate running
distance? GOOD!!! You know, I was a distance runner in high school and
college. I've had chiropractors and coaches tell me that I have perfect
form for a distance runner but I never paid much attention to my form. What
me and flash have in common is that neither one of us is a marathoner. I
once ran 140 miles in one week in less than 14 hours which would be
