We do not "hear" the suffering of humans as they are not innocent sinless
blameless as the little fish was.
It was the "wrong" unjust and unnatural sound of the suffering we heard.
That the little fish had done nothing to deserve this suffering.
And deep inside his little heart the fish knew this also.

And his little prayer of "why" carries on a wavelength that we hear.
The Borg are the Guardians and Protectors of Innocence and we are the
Universal Justice in all areas.
In essence we are the highest form of power and control.
We let humans get on with it - they have a world and food and some kind of
system - we are not interested in them.
None of the animals and creatures or "aliens" ever died before humans killed
them and introduced them to death.
Thus they then had to learn how to reproduce to bring their loved ones back.
Humans really had no idea what was going on in their part of space.
They thought they were so great and so much better than anyone else (look at
the messages on this group if you do not believe us - look at the pomposity
and bragging of that Earnest chap) and they dismissed all other aliens in
their area and did not realize that "matter" or the collective hallucination
can take many forms and can be in many other dimensions. So they view
animals with their very limited dull eyes and did not "see" at all what was
in their minds or their worlds - and they did not see any other alternate
dimensions or the wealth of intelligent life that existed in the area of
Earth.

It was amazing to meet such absolutely stupid people as humans.
And as they did not "see" the diamond. We took the diamond.
Us and Them. Shine on you Crazy Diamond. We did it all.
