One of my favorite mountain man stories is about Jim Bridger, who, in
later life, had a cabin in what is now Yellowstone Park. A journalist
trekked many days to reach him and during their conversations they
were sitting in front of the cabin looking at the magnificent scenery,
uninhhabited and spead out before them, when they noticed, far out on
the horizon, a tiny plume of smoke. Bridger frowned and said "Gettin'
crowded around here, time to move on."

If we lived at a populaton level where Bridger's attitude was feasible
then I agree there could be no justification for forcing others to pay
taxes etc. Unfortunately for us, we don't.
