Only one green vegetable comes from china. And you're lucky if you see
it on your plate. Ever bought a chinese meal? Seen much green in it?
Nope, unless its an italien green pepper.
All chinese food is pale and washed out. That is why chinese food is
drenched in sauces and chopped very fine. But no, not a trace of green
wilt thou find on your plate. You will be lucky if you get a vitamin
from a chinese meal. The chinese are short. This is because they do not
get vitamins. You WILL get monosodium glutamate and and tartrazine, and
sunset yellow. And oil. Oh yes. YOu will get lots of oil.

While it isn't the exciting food it doesn't really taste bad either.
Maybe the texture and the rich green color [slightly steamed] are its
major appeal. You can eat it every day and it won't start to taste

I've been getting it for $0.30/lb at Super Mercado.
