Maybe I should have entitled this "What's it all about, Mitch?"
Is human existence really only about humans doing things to keep
existing? Is that it--everything we do is just to continue our
existence and that of our species? There is no other goal, just to
exist?
If so we're as useless as that little toy that when you turn it on a
hand comes out of a box and turns itself off.
Maybe we exist to find a TOE and that is our purpose. But no, that is
just a result of our instinct to find out everything about the
enviornment so we can continue eating and sleeping and making babies
so that we can continue etc.etc.
