So you want human civilization to be ruled by jungle logic, animal
logic. Then why not abolish all the laws which define how to behave in
society. You support homosexuality, incest on jungle logic. Your next
step will be what right has society or government on your personal
life if male is physically stronger to rape female or kill other
people.

It doesn't matter. If people do not physically involve in voilating
law but give moral supporting philosophy to other people to voilate
law, then those people are also part of unlawful activities because
their moral support inspire people to spread unlawful activities.
