You know, back when I was making less than $80 a week hawking newspapers on
Houston's street corners, I was easily the world's greatest atheist. When
it comes to the topic of sin, mature atheists (assuming that there is such a
thing) and I share a common thread on the topic of sin. The meaning of sin
is feelings of guilt because that is how the word is used in practice.
Being without sin means that one has resolved not to have feelings of guilt.
Then I became a monotheist and then suddenly sin takes on a new dimention.
Sin not only is about feelings of guilt, it is also defined as whatever
barrier exists between man and God. There is no barrier between myself and
God. I am without sin in more ways than I can keep track of. An atheist

OK, Solomon, I skipped a few steps, here. No matter what the origins sin
are, Jesus said, "Let he who is without sin cast the first stone." So why
didn't Jesus cast the first stone? Well, maybe if Jesus had known what
would become of it, he would have been casting stones left and right, but he
