So, how do we really know that Stalin was genocidal? I'm not saying
that he wasn't. But, if you acknowledge that his regime would have
covered its tracks if he was genocidal, what convincing evidence have
we that it comitted genocide? Simply taking a poll of historians
isn't really evidence. Historians are notoriously prone to follow
current socio-political trends, whatever those might be.
