Not as I understand the beef by so-called "pro-lifers". Quite the
contrary. They seek an overturn of roe v wade. They don't want
to live in such a "anti-Christian" nation that allows abortion at any
stage of pregnancy.

Certain polititians have advocated that abortion be a "states rights"
issue but I don't think that has any appeal to the radical pro-lifers
who "think" in terms of a "Christian nation" and moral absoluteism.

The idea that abortion clinics are legally allowed to exist is
abhorrent to them. There have been cases of "buying their way
into heaven and God's approval" by making attacks on abortion
clinics and murdering the physicians who work in them. When
such acts of terrorism are reported in newspapers, the resulting
silence is deafening ... no letters to the editor ... no editorial
comments complaining about the "pro-life" murderers (how's that
for a contradiction?).

No, they will never stop attempting to elect right-wing polititians
dedicated to appointing Supreme court judges who will
overturn roe v wade.
