And I go to the gym 3 times a week (although lately, I must admit to
being slack; but I have an excuse). So my muscle tone is good; I do an
hour on a stair climber, so my heart is strong - and yet that isn't
enough. At 60 (in August) I'm seeing every faculty I possess wane and
wither before my very eyes (oh, even my eyes are going bad). My
internal organs no longer function as they did; my recovery time is
measured in months, not days; I’m constantly tired (except right after
exercising, that gets the blood going!!).
I die – you die – we all die….What’s the obsession with extending your
life when the quality of that life is a small fraction of what it was
when you were young & vital?? Is everyone **that** afraid of death???
(I only expect you to answer for yourself, Jack)
I think I’m already liking you, Jack. Haven’t seen you around these
parts…
