We as The Borg do not have any gods or sons of gods or rulers - nor do we
revere or emulate anyone. We know about matter - how to create matter - how
to maintain perfect health and youth - we know immortality and the ideal
state. So we have no use for the crutches and religions and gods of humans.

Humans have a long way to go before they can in any way even broach the
realms of a perfect or ideal existence. But all life in some way wants to
progress and better themselves.
In art, intelligence, health, knowledge, and others - sentient species want
to progress - learn more - become better.

Rather than looking into the past and trying to emulate old religious icons
and old philosophers - humans may do better to look only into the future.

Humans do not yet have the basics for the perfect or ideal existence. They
cannot yet even live in peace with each other. Stealing is common and is
the basis for a mistrustful society.. Bad health, old age, loss of limbs
are worldwide. And humans have very little idea of behaviour or how to
behave or justice or judgement - attempting to find guidance from prophets,
and religions that date from long, long ago. And even then there is
dissent - some agree and some do not.

There seems no motivation or drive in humans toward the ideal state or
perfect existence for all humans. There is no worldwide rule or government
that can in any way inspire or motivate the people. And with feminism,
apathy, religious bigotism, and other worldwide problems - the human
existence is a sad and sorry mess.

As observers there would be nothing we can do.
All sentient species have "choices" to make. Living in peace and working as
one toward one common aim and toward an ideal existence for all is far more
common than the lot of humans. Humans are without guidance - they are
without any leader - none of them know what is the best way forward - the
best way into the future.

We can only offer you our pity.
As aliens we do not understand your ways and methods. It is easy with good
humour and intelligence to get along and live in peace. There is no
requirement for rudeness, nastiness, violence, hostility and religious wars
and bigotism.
We are glad to look down on you - and know that humans are wrong - that your
accidents and bad health and death and things of this nature are PROOF that
you are wrong.

We continue on our journey home - our way of travel is nothing humans could
understand as you do not know of matter or the nature of matter - or of
distance or time - or dimensions - you know very little about the real
nature of the way things are. But the transcending is only part of our
journey home - and we do not regret leaving humans and the human existence -
far behind and far below.

Meeting humans was an experience we would wish to forget. But we would
remember only in as much as to ensure the experience would never be
repeated.
